Coopman Search & Selection are delighted to partner with a fast-growing company based in Dublin who are looking to hire a Head of Finance on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reporting of all companies within the group.
Key Deliverables:
- Managed the preparation of the monthly management accounts of all companies, taking into account variance analysis and related reports
- Completion of annual audits and statutory reporting for all entities in the group and other related companies
- Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team
Core Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or Business
- Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years of experience, with heavy exposure to the commercial side of a business
- An excellent knowledge of FRS rules and regulations is required combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues
