Job Title: Newly Qualified Accountant - Private Equity Analyst

Our client is a global investment and technology group. They are looking to expand their Corporate Development team with high-performing qualified accountants and professionals from investment banking, private equity, or corporate development backgrounds.

Role and Responsibilities
This role involves working across high-impact projects globally. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining financial models, including integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections
- Supporting transaction execution, including M&A, financings, and investor presentations
- Contributing to post-acquisition integration and continuous improvement of finance processes
- Conducting high-level financial analysis, scenario planning, and business transformation
- Working directly with senior leadership on global projects
