Looking to speak with Frontend Engineers in the Dublin area about an attractive hybrid role.
I’m working with a client in the finance space that have numerous frontend features to develop on their applications and they want an engineer that is self driven who can come on board and develop these out to enhance user engagement, conversion and retention on the product. They want someone with a strong design background too
You will be leveraging leverage both your technical and design skills to drive revenue
and user engagement by designing solutions to enhance conversion rates, streamline user acquisition, and improve the overall customer experience.
This role is ideal for a frontend engineer with a passion for design, who is eager to create impactful user experiences and work on growth-oriented projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong understanding of design principles and frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar).
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with an ability to translate designs into code effectively.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Knowledge of Fintech would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and can communicate complex concepts clearly and simply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of
- customer and business problems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset and proactive approach to identifying and solving user experience challenges.
