We are seeking an experienced Frontend React Developer who is passionate about crafting high-quality, engaging user interfaces. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing the user experience of our digital commerce platforms, focusing on performance, scalability, and clean, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications with React.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers.
- Write functional requirement documents and guides.
- Be involved in the CI/CD process
Who You are:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with React and popular React workflows (such as Redux, React Context API).
- Strong expertise in TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of modern React patterns including hooks, context, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Understanding of authentication flows (Auth0)
- Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills
- Experience with code review and mentoring junior developers
- Experience with agile development methodologies
Nice To Have:
- Experience with React Query (TanStack Query) for data fetching and cache management
- Experience with routing in React applications (TanStack Router)
- Strong understanding of form handling in React (React Hook Form)
- Proficiency in testing React applications (Vitest, React Testing Library)
- Experience with component documentation (Storybook)
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools (Datadog)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG compliance
- Experience with feature flagging systems (Launch Darkly)

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
