About the Role
You will be part of high-performing teams tasked with driving business growth and enhancing customer experiences through data and AI. You should have demonstrable experience in the following areas;
- Identifying transformation opportunities and developing strategies and roadmaps to deliver
- Supporting delivery of Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations for clients
- Building CRM data attributes/segments into the required specification for CRM
- Working closely with CRM Managers and Data Analysts in the upfront planning of a CRM programme
- Deep understanding on the range of customer data sources (web data, mobile app data, sales data, geo-location data etc)
- Deep understanding of data capabilities to educate the wider marketing team
- Drive awareness and understanding of the capability of the CDP and enable the business to utilise it within CRM and Performance
- Leading / facilitating design workshops
- Working with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders including Product Owners
- Ability to operate at all stages of a project lifecycle, from proposal to delivery
- Supporting client strategic sessions, pitches and proposals
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain technical concepts to a non-tech audience
- Bringing creativity and design thinking to client problems
Your experience:
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in Customer Data Platforms with an understanding of different vendor offerings and services
- Previous experience in a CDP/ Data Manager position and/or working with CRM functions
- Experience working closely with data analytics teams
- Strong SQL experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
- Experience in management consulting is highly regarded
