Responsibilities:
- Execute thorough preventive maintenance and innovative condition-based programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide exceptional maintenance support and maintain detailed equipment records to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilise your troubleshooting skills to swiftly resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues, minimizing downtime.
- Demonstrate your expertise in electro-mechanical repairs on state-of-the-art plant equipment.
- Drive production targets by closely monitoring equipment performance and implementing proactive optimization measures.
- Foster strategic partnerships with suppliers to explore cutting-edge equipment solutions and drive continuous improvement through modifications.
- Work in a safe and organized workshop environment, following industry-leading safety protocols.
- Deliver outstanding results by ensuring timely completion of planned work and efficient handling of part orders.
Key Knowledge and Experience:
- Hold a relevant trade qualification as a Mechanical Technician (Fitter) or Electrician showcasing your commitment to excellence.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, demonstrating your ability to thrive under pressure.
- Showcase exceptional mechanical and or electrical maintenance expertise, establishing yourself as an industry leader.
- Exhibit proficiency in quality, health, and safety practices, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
