Hollilander Recruitment is looking for suitable HCA candidates for hospitals across Ireland for Agency/Locum shift work. We are hiring candidates immediately, with a view to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the nursing staff in providing care to the residents
- Ensuring residents hygiene/personal care needs are maintained to the highest standards while creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the residents
- Assisting residents with eating and drinking
- Assisting residents with mobilizing and using the correct aids
- Facilitate and implement a person-centered service appropriate to the needs, wishes and requirements of the resident.
- Escorting or/and transfer residents as directed by the Nursing staff
- Promote and actively involved in teamwork.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by nursing staff and management.
Qualifications
- QQI or FETAC Level 5 Healthcare/Pre-nursing
- Eligible to work in Ireland
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a healthcare setting/elderly care
- Enthusiastic, caring, reliable
- Flexible to work different shifts
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
