Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support and assist residents in their daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and respect. You will foster meaningful relationships built on trust and equality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents' privacy, dignity, and well-being.
- Encourage and implement person-centred care practices.
- Assist with organising social outings and in-house activities.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic living environment for residents.
- Support management during internal and external audits/inspections.
- Be flexible and available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in elderly care within a residential setting is desirable.
- Strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
- A compassionate, patient, and caring approach with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
