SimoTech has a new opportunity for an experienced MES Project Manager to join our team, supporting an MES standardisation project for an international pharmaceutical organisation.
In this role you will be responsible for project managing multiple workstreams, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of MES standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Manage our client’s MES standardisation project, monitoring project progress and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to build and maintain project plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, within a life science manufacturing environment.
- Experience within the BioTech industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MES systems and standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
