DESCRIPTION:
As an HR Analyst specializing in Global Benefits Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting employee benefits programs across multiple client regions. Your responsibilities may include handling employee inquiries, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support various HR processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data and identify trends related to employee benefits, including enrollment rates, claims processing, and vendor performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize the delivery of benefits services, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues, address concerns, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Conduct audits and reviews of benefits related processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to track key performance indicators KPIs and metrics related to benefits operations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to employee benefits.
- Support the development and implementation of global benefits strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform benefits decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners to ensure effective delivery of benefits services.
Basic Qualifications:
- Language(s) Required: English: As part of the interview process, you will be required to complete an English language test and a language test in the relevant language for this role. You will be advised of the level you are required to achieve to successfully carry out the role.
