Role and Reporting Lines
This will be a senior level role, where you will manage a division that contains multiple smaller entities. Managing a team of finance and non finance professionals, the role will be varied to include:
Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance
- Responsibility for month end and year-end financial reporting
- Ensuring tax compliance (VAT & Excise Duty, Transfer Pricing and Corporation Tax etc)
- Tax planning and structuring
- Developing and shaping a finance function that will enable rapid growth for individual and group companies
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Develop financial performance measures that support the divisions strategic direction
- Further develop forecasts and models to enable review of KPI’s
- Monthly preparation and presentation of management information packs
Treasury & Cashflow Management
- Cashflow projections and management
- Ensure adequate treasury management to maximise returns on international investments and operations
- Working capital management and optimisation of Capex
- Stress testing and planning of contingency funding
Corporate Finance, & Strategy
- Financial modelling of new projects for financial viability
- Competitor and market analysis (local & international)
- Completion of due diligence on any potential investment and divestment
