Ergo are seeking an L2 IT Engineer for a permanent hybrid role working onsite with our client in Dublin city centre.

What will you do?
- Provide remote and desktop support to local users on M365 stack
- Get involved in project work
- IT Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server environment
- System backups and storage
- Network monitoring and support
- Server / Desktop Virtualisation
You should have experience in some / all of the following?
- Management of M365 (supporting Teams, Exchange, One Drive etc.)
- Management of MFA
- Supporting and setting up Mobile Devices (MDM)
- Active Directory, Domain Controllers, group policies, DNS
- Good understanding of backup and restoration methods
- Windows 10 configuration, operation and management
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration and maintenance
