We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and results-driven Regional Manager to join a high performing team and oversee key sites in the Leinster area.
Your Role:
As a Regional Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a wide range of services across multiple sites, including Accommodation Services, Catering, Cleaning, Security, and Maintenance. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will lead a team of front-line managers and collaborate closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence, exceed client expectations, and ensure the highest standards in service delivery. You will also be responsible for financial performance, client retention, and identifying opportunities for growth within the region.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Integrated Services Management and Food Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, Motivate, and Develop: Guide a team of unit managers to achieve their business goals across multiple sites, ensuring effective management and performance.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the delivery of a broad range of services, including Catering, Retail, Maintenance, Cleaning, Security, and Reception, always ensuring high-quality service.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their evolving needs and providing proactive solutions that exceed expectations.
- Financial Oversight: Regularly review financial and operational performance, ensuring the achievement of budgetary targets and cost efficiencies for all sites.
- Legal and Legislative Compliance: Ensure that all facilities maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene at all times.
- Growth & Development: Identify opportunities for service growth, operational improvements, and increased profitability across the region.
What You Bring:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a senior operations management role, ideally with experience overseeing large or multi-site operations in facilities management or related sectors.
- Service Delivery Expertise: Proven success in delivering services such as Food Services, Hospitality, Cleaning, Security, Front of House, and M&E maintenance.
- Financial Acumen: Strong commercial focus with experience managing P&L and financial targets.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to inspire and develop your team while fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Health & Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Growth Mindset: A track record of successfully driving growth, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- IT Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and relevant software tools for operations management.
