Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with ERP platform or related business system platform software development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with internal product and engineering teams, large customer teams, driving cross-functional programs, and rolling out new technology and solutions.
- Experience problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Ability to be an influential leader of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor to decision makers providing valuable insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction.
- Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations and tracking reports to provide detailed current status of each project.
- Develop, build, and evolve insightful metrics with reliable supporting datasets to proactively provide visibility into engineering solutions and customer insights
- Provide strong quantitative analysis focus, requiring interpretation of technical information from structured and unstructured sources.
- Build positive relationships, and trust, over time through strong on-time delivery of commitments, high quality, great communication, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations.
