Your New Role
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all engineering aspects on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of engineers and technical staff
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring project progress and preparing detailed reports
- Managing site logistics and resources efficiently
- Liaising with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field
