Key Role Responsibilities
(1) Driving the company strategic plan - support business development department in
delivering growth plans and support commercial business tendering activity /
implement commercial strategy.
(2) Support Operations team with future business modelling and presentations and certain
information reporting with clients.
(3) Work with cross functional teams and the management team in delivering and
improving KPI business performance. Also look to develop analytical reports and
performance dashboards to assist operations, business development and management
team in achieving targets / improving business performance.
(4) Strategic partnerships development – work with cross functional teams to build external
strategic partnerships that assist the company in delivering key target items – i.e. Tech
Dining, marketing activity etc.
(5) Support and lead specific company projects which are defined in collaboration with the
CEO / Management team -i.e. procurement integration plans & sustainability projects,
company communication strand work activities. Support and lead, where required,
group initiatives.
Reporting to the CEO and joining the Management team.
Requirements for the role :
- Qualified Accountant with five years post qualification experience
- At least 5 years experience in commercial finance supporting operations or
development departments
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders with excellent interpersonal
skills – i.e. cross functional activity
- Strong Presentation and Technical skills re reporting & client interactions
- Demonstrated ability on management skills, teams skills & leadership skills
- Ability to innovate and challenge standard thinking / process
