Key Responsibilities:

Lead back end development, with a focus on Node.js.
Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust services and infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical projects from concept to completion.
Play a key role in defining the technical direction of the platform.
Ensure the performance and scalability of the platform as we expand globally.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with Node.js and back end development.
Proven experience in a scale-up environment with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving settings.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about architecture and product.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for driving innovative solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of other back end languages or frameworks.
Experience working in the dating or social networking sector.
